NB Team Update – Thank you and farewell to our Rach Dann!

Hello Everyone & Happy New Year!

Our crazy times continue as we start the year with a lockdown but hopefully it will be short-lived, and we will be back to our new normal quickly.

Unfortunately, we start the year on another sad note, after 11 years our Dr Rachael Dann is leaving the NB Team. Rachael is hanging up the tools to move into a nonclinical, analytical office role with Bupa. I want to thank Rachael for her time with us. She has always given her full commitment, care, and expertise in her role. We will all miss her terribly, especially her calm voice of reason, always willing to help whenever needed and always lending support whether professionally or personally.

Rachael has written a message to everyone:

“It is with mixed emotions I write this to say goodbye to all my lovely patients at NB Dental. I feel very privileged to have been entrusted with your care during my time at NB. Some of you have also entrusted me with the care of your children, and as a mum of three beautiful children (or should I say young adults!) myself, I truly appreciate the confidence you have shown in me.

I have been lucky enough to have been a part of Nina’s team for over eleven years now and can honestly say we have the best patients in the world! And I have really enjoyed getting to know each one of you. So “Thank you!”

Although I may be hanging up my dentist drill and heading to a desk, I know you will all continue to be cared for by the NB Team of Amanda, Debbie, Zoe, Rachel and of course Nina. I wish you all the best and look forward to bumping into some of you in the waiting room when my family and I return to NB as patients”

I am sure you all join with me and the NB Team in thanking Rachael for her time with us and wishing her and the Family all the very best. Thank you Rachael and good luck!

Following Rachael’s departure, we still have our other fantastic team of providers available to help you and your family. I and our other dentists, Dr Zoe Dux, Dr Amanda Deans, Dr Rachel Hoskin along with our oral health therapist Debbie Holliday have collectively ensured that we have increased some appointment book space to ensure we are all here to care for you in Rachael’s absence.

We will send out our first newsletter in early February. In the meantime, stay healthy and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Warm regards,
