Dr Nina Bambino has been providing outstanding dental treatment to the community of Ashgrove and surrounds for over 30 years. For the last 27 years, Nina has been at our current location of 149 Waterworks Road. Many patients have seen the practice evolve from a single dentist practice to now a practice of 4 Dentists and an Oral Health Therapist.
Our renovated worker’s cottage creates a very homely and relaxed atmosphere, complimented by the highest quality dental equipment available to date. Our providers offer a range of services from general dentistry, implant restorations, cosmetic treatments, prevention of periodontal disease and children’s dental care. We encourage a preventive approach to dental care and maintenance.
Our individualised approach will ensure you receive the highest quality dental care in the most comfortable environment. Our team has worked very hard to create a positive and comfortable approach to dentistry and we are confident that we offer a very special individual experience to each patient and family we see.
Nina has been providing outstanding dental treatment to the community of Ashgrove for over thirty years, most of those have been at our beautiful worker’s cottage. Nina graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland and after a short stint with Queensland Health, established her Private Practice at Ashgrove. Nina was the first female dentist in the area at that time. Her practice continued to evolve with the changing and growing demographics of the area. She has a great passion for promoting good preventative practices for everyone and loves to treat children and family groups. Outside of dentistry, Nina enjoys good quality coffee, watching the rugby (especially The Wallabies) and spending quality family time with her husband Michael, son Jimmy and their pony-sized German Shepherds, Harry and Bella.

Amanda grew up on a family farm in NSW and moved to Brisbane with her partner Lachlan (also from country NSW) to start their city life. Amanda and her husband Lachlan along with their adorable and charming son’s Saxon and Fergus enjoy quiet family time in Brisbane and getting back to the farm as often as possible to visit family.
Dr Rachel Hoskin was a very exciting addition to our NB Dental team in 2015. Nina has known Rachel through family friends since she was a little girl growing up in Brisbane’s western suburbs. Fast forwarding many years and we have a very grown up Rachel, a wife and mother to two adorable girls Mia and Phoebe. Rachel completed her dental degree in Queensland and brings a wealth of knowledge and 10 years private practice experience, which makes her very suitably qualified to provide the competent, caring treatment all patients deserve and are familiar with at NB Dental. Outside of dentistry, Rachel focuses on her little family as well as her fitness. Recently (2019) Rach won the F45 challenge and lost over 25kg’s. She is loving the compliments from her beautiful patients!
